Thursday practice #9. Today we had practice again this time we get to meet again and evaluate as a team the film from the previous practice, you remember the one i said we sucked at. now we get to hear Coach Parish's take on it. Let me tell you he was not happy. When it came time for our offensive meeting he went off. His anger was especially targeted at my group, the offensive line. He pretty much told us we played like crap and if we wanted to win we could not play like that. So after taking that beating with words we went out to practice with a new attitude. I When we were done with practice the conclusion was the offensive line responded better and had a overall good day. I on the other hand didn't have to good of a day but i will also have to pick it up.

We are now at the half way point of the week. We have a off day from practice but we are never really off when we a preparing to be the best. This afternoon i had a couple things that i had to take care of today that was football related. The first thing that i had to do was make a trip to the dentist office. I had an appointment to get my mouth guard impressions for the season. All i did was goto the office, sit in the chair, and let the dentist fit the mold into my mouth and created my teeth imprints. I was in and out in 10 minuets. After that i had to report to the stadium for a lifting workout. When my lift was done we had a postion meeting where we met and pretty much got yelled at for playing so poorly. That meeting was not fun, not fun at all.

Today is Tuesday and we had our 8th practice of spring football. We had a practice scrimmage today offense versus the defense. Usually when we have these competitive days the loser has to run extra at the end of practice. Basically to sum up today's performance as a offense we didn't play to well. The defense shut down our running game and made our 2nd string offensive line look pretty bad. The good thing was we have a great passing game that saved our behinds. We ended up winning the competition and making the defense run the extra gassers, but we will hear an ear full of Coach P. tomorrow...
After about two months off we are back at it again. Spring Ball for the Ball State Football team has started and we are back to it again bashing helmets and shoulder pad just like we did all fall. After a good off season we are eager to give the fans a preview of whats to come this fall on April 12th at our annual Spring Game.
